COSTARS Contract: 013-119 Details

COSTARS is the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program. COSTARS allows registered and eligible local public procurement units (LPPUs) and state-affiliated entities (Members) to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.  The goals of this program are:

  • To encourage, expand and facilitate the opportunities for Members to achieve procurement savings and best value through an interactive partnership with the Commonwealth.
  • To provide increased opportunities for Suppliers of any size to participate and compete for Members’ business.
  • To provide contracts with competitive pricing.

GSA Contract: GS-30F-0012x Details

GSA Advantage is an online shopping and ordering service created within the GSA organization. Its mission is to provide a streamlined, efficient purchasing portal for federal agencies to acquire the goods and services needed.

By using the purchasing power of the federal government, GSA can help cities and towns meet their mission while reducing costs and maximizing efficiency. Multiple authorized programs allow state and local governments to use GSA Schedules for select goods and services.

HGAC Contract: FS12-23 Details

HGACBuy makes its contracts available to local government agencies and certain non-profit organizations who have executed an Interlocal Contract with the organization. Members may use HGAC contracts, or not, at their discretion. Purchasing thru HGACBuy can save time and staff resources, and should provide pricing as good as or better than using a standard bid process.

Under the law, just about any local government agency can qualify to become an End User. Simply download the Interlocal Contract Form (ILC), from website and execute two copies and send both originally signed copies to HGAC.

NASPO Contract: 8200027990 Details

As a non-profit organization, providing “best in class” in public cooperative contracting, the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Organization (formerly WSCA-NASPO) has leveraged the leadership and deep knowledge of all contributing states to deliver reliable and competitively sourced contracts for your convenience. With procurement experience and the demand among all 50 states, and the District of Columbia, NASPO ValuePoint has been one of the most signative “Go To” cooperative resources in the nation.

NPP Contract: P20230 Details

NPPGov serves public and non-profit markets as a cooperative purchasing organization. NPPGov serves government, education and non-profit markets including two specialized programs: FireRescue GPO and Law Enforcement GPO. The FireRescue GPO program specifically serves the fire and rescue market and has a unique connection with fire chiefs associations throughout the country.

Membership is entirely free and there is no obligation to purchase. NPPGov members have access to a large variety of publicly solicited contracts to simplify purchasing while complying with procurement requirements. NPPGov’s contract portfolio is continually growing to meet the needs of its members.

OHIO STS Contract: 800862 Details

The Cooperative Purchasing Program through the state of Ohio Procurement offers Ohio counties, townships, municipalities, school districts, public libraries, regional park districts and other political subdivisions the benefits and costs savings of buying goods and services through state contracts.

Sourcewell Contract: #113021-HME Details

Sourcewell is a member-focused public cooperative of more than 50,000 member agencies throughout the United States. Sourcewell is a municipal contracting agency that operates as a public entity under legislative authority through Minnesota Statute 123A.21.

Sourcewell’s primary purpose is to create a national cooperative of contract purchasing opportunities for products and services on behalf of its members.

There are no costs associated with becoming a member of Sourcewell.
