In November 2018, On Scene, LLC began its journey, providing mobile service and repair on fire apparatus and emergency medical vehicles. Performed by our qualified team of technicians, our mobile services include NFPA 1911 inspections, NFPA 1911 pump testing and pump service, chassis PMs, and light diagnostics and repair. With quality of service and transparency at our core, our customers have 24/7 access to our service portal, from point of contact to point of completion of the service.
Our team has extensive experience designing new fire apparatus, serving in Fire Departments, outfitting new equipment, and servicing all brands of apparatus. We learned and listened to our customers about the challenges of purchasing new apparatus, we then evaluated our service model to ensure we had the right team and resources to fulfill the even greater challenge and opportunity of supporting new apparatus over the lifetime of its service.
